BIORITHMIC FASHION

Wearable pieces digitally generated by an algorithm in Grasshopper for Rhinoceros 3D. This algorithm simulates diffusion limited aggregation (DLA), a phenomenon that can be found in the growth of cell structures for example. By playing with the different input data and parameters, an almost endless variety of shapes can be created. The creations shown sould be an invitation to rethink how we currently perceive wearables and clothing. What, if we could print them ourselves by using biobased and/or biodegradable materials?
